Winemaker's Note:
Golden straw yellow, bright. Clean and strong, elegant, complex. Fruity aromas (pineapple, passion fruit, loquat, apple and lime), aromatic herbs (bay leaf), mentholated and balsamic toasted by its time spent in the cask. Palatable in the mouth, it is aromatic, rich, fresh and with a good balance between the fruity sensations and those of the cask. Fresh fruit notes (pear and pineapple), rosemary, smoked, dairy, fresh grass. A long and aromatic finish.
Winemaker's Recommendations:
Shellfish, white fish in creamy sauces, baked blue fish, smoked cold meats, white meat and roast poultry and fowl.
