Adegas Galegas was established in 1995 in one of the most fertile areas of the Galician Rias Baixas, with the spirit of an emblematic man in the world of wines, Pepe Rodriguez. The wish to unite the best of the two sub areas of the designation of origin Rias Baixas: O Rosal and O Condado. He started a passionate business adventure that had as its main aim to the conquest of wine-producing tradition, oenological research and the respect for indigenous varieties.
