Winemaker's Notes:

The Thorne Pinot Noir Rio Vista Vineyard, Sta. Rita Hills is produced in limited quantities (425 cases). This offering represents a site-specific blend of clones 2A, 115, and 777. Each clone was de-stemmed, pressed and fermented separately in new and older French Oak barrels with minimum intervention for seventeen months. The resulting wine is an expression of the unique soils, climate and farming of our vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills Appellation.
