The vineyard is 162 acres (126ac Pinot Noir) of undulating hills with east-west ridge lines giving
southerly and northerly exposures. The site, elevation 500ft., is on the southern
flank of the Santa Maria Valley in the Solomon Hills, 18 miles from the coast.
