Winemaker's Notes:

Made by the fabulous Tantara winery, this Sangiovese-based mystery blend has an earthy, yet sensuous aroma. Let it breathe for an hour or so to shed the heavy oakey, barny notes and reveal vanilla, bing cherry, raspberry cream, and spice. Creamy oak, mulberry, raspberry, red plums, and custard are full and fleshy, and finish with earthy notes and blood oranges. Don't be misled by the light color - it's very full.
