The 16 acres of Kate's Vineyard and winery are located at the cooler end of Napa Valley, about 1 mile from Stag's Leap. The Bryant family has lived and grown grapes there for 30 years. The winery was built in 1988, when their daughter was 6 years old. They grow Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, and Syrah in rocky soil on the edge of an alluvial fan. The wines are hand crafted under the supervision of Tim Milos, consulting winemaker.
