Seguinot-Bordet Chablis Grand Cru Vaudesir

Winemaker's Notes:

It is early days yet for this piece de resistance in the Seguinot-Bordet cellar. Very recently bottled, the wine has retreated into its shell for the time being and it will be at least a year before the spicy, tropical and creamy scents and flavours that were so noticeable in the wine during summer 2007 begin to re-emerge. However its structure and concentration are in evidence together with taut minerality and race.
