Winemaker's Notes:
This Argentinean Malbec was allowed an extended maceration period to allow for complete malolactic fermentation. The result is dark, burgundy colored wine that is concentrated in flavors reminiscent of plum marmalade. The aromatic, sweet tannins develop across the palate leading to a balanced finish.
