Winemaker's Notes:
The Rue de Chaux is from the Premeaux side of Nuits St. Georges near the village. It has classic Nuits character: denser, more tannic, more minerality. In its youth, it is a bit more closed than the others, but with time it has the intensity of fruit to balance its tannic structure and will be lovely in 3-5 years.
