Winemaker's Notes:
This 2007 vintage is made from 100% Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, and is then aged for 14 months in new French oak. This wine is immediately approachable and is well balanced and structured right now, but will age gorgeously for the next seven to ten years. On the palate, the tannins are soft and silky and the deep, dark blue and black fruit is up-front but not over powering. Only 186 cases made.
