Winemaker's Notes:
The 2007 Pritchard Hill is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown exclusively on Pritchard Hill, and is then aged 15 months in new French oak. Yields from this source are below 2 tons per acre. This wine is an extremely elegant Cabernet Sauvignon with velvety tannins that make for an incredible mouth feel. It is well balanced and evolves from the front pallet through to the long finish. This wine can easily age for another 10 years. Only 583 cases produced.
