Winemaker's Notes:

The bouquet is filled with floral and spice aromas alluding to a silky, rich palate with a long alluring velvet finish. This Shiraz was Co-fermented with Viognier grapes and hand-crafted in a small two tonne fermenter, The wine will age gracefully over the next couple years.
