Winemaker's Notes:

The OLeary Walker Clare Shiraz tastes of black olives, and finishes with staunch Bible-black tannin. Too intense for some, Nick and David blended McLaren Vale Shiraz into the Clare Valley Shiraz, creating a softer, plumier Shiraz, beautifully accented by oak fermentation.
