Winemaker's Notes:

Deeply colored and intensely flavored, this Shiraz features a balanced blend of fruit and spice characteristics. Cassis fruit aromas and flavors are married with abundant white pepper and 'Island' spices particularly cloves. This wine makes an ideal accompaniment to grilled and barbequed meats.

The fruit for this Shiraz came from premium Eden Valley vineyards. This wine was made using a philosophy of minimal handling to preserve the wine's primary fruit character.
