Winemaker's Notes:

The Children of the Field come from vines of more than 30 years whose outputs are strongly controlled in order to obtain the best concentrations and a constant richness.

Gathered the grapes after the normal dates of harvests and before the late grape harvest, we slightly let the grapes desiccate on foot to concentrate more sugars. With the wire of time and if the climatic conditions allow it, the botrytis settles, which will give atypical flavours to the wines.

They are wines slightly marrowy but marked by a beautiful acidity. The years are followed but do not resemble. This is why the Children of Field are not vinified every year.

Very aromatic, subtle by its balance and complex in its savors, this wine is fine and delicate. Its yellow dress is gilded and it's very spiced on the nose. In mouth, its frame reveals richness where miles of exotic fruits appear.
