Winemaker's Notes:
Fruehmess is a prestigious single vineyard facing south in the village of Ittersviller. This intensely concentrated, old vines Riesling has intriguing aromas of minerals and spice. In the mouth the minerality is enhanced by hints of lemon-citrus, apple and white flowers. The finish is dry and clean and this wine matches up exceedingly well with fish, shellfish, poultry, Asian spices and light meats. It will also gain complexity with age in bottle.
