Winemaker's Notes:

Thermal pre-fermentative maceration, thermo-controlled fermentation. The bouquet has an essence of rose and strawberries. Recommend with marrows pie with caprino cheese, cream soups, bass with citrus sauce, fresh cheese; ricotta, giuncata and burrata.
