Red cherry with intense violet. Complex and intense in nose, aromas of mature black fruit, preserves, toasted coffee and noble wood. Potent and elegant in mouth, with pronounced and silky tannins. Lengthy finish.
Review:
“
87 Points.
This solid red delivers blackberry and blueberry flavors, with plenty of vanilla and smoky oak and very firm tannins. A bit clumsy and tough now, but has enough stuffing to age. Best from 2007 through 2011. 1,500 cases made.
