Winemaker's Notes:
COLOR:
Fresh pale straw with fine golden hints.
NOSE:
Attractive, fresh varietal aromatics of white
pear, apple, and an exotic background of wildhoney
and honeysuckle.
PALATE:
Distinct Pinot Gris aromatics of ripe
pear and honey-dew melon follow onto the palate,
along with granny-smith apple and floral honey
flavors; mineral notes add complexity to the elegant
flavors. This zippy, vibrant style has well-balanced
lemony freshness through to the finish, with a
refined and crisp acid backbone giving length and
structure.
SOURCE AREA:
A South Eastern Australian
blend incorporating premium quality fruit from the
Murray Darling (NSW), Riverland (SA) and
Riverina (NSW). Pinot Gris is now planted in most
Australian wine regions, producing a wide range of
bright fruit signatures.

88 Points.
Pale gold. Floral citrus and pear flavors are complemented by wet stones and white pepper. Light, racy lemon and lime flavors offer good mineral cut and back-end bite. Fleshier on the finish, which ends with a hint of bitter citrus pith.
