Winemaker's Notes:
Entirely hand-harvested and hand-sorted, the wine is gently pressed in a pneumatic press and slowly fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats to preserve freshness. Jean Paul's young winemaker and son, Florian, who studied oenology at Dijon, truly believes in preserving the wine's freshness and the expression of terroir. Florian is the first winemaker in the family in several generations.
Bold and sassy with fresh pear and melon aromas. Round and full in
the mouth with compelling white fruit flavors giving way to good length and
freshness in the finish.
