Winemaker's Notes:
The estate produces a small quantity of Grand Echezeaux each year. Denser, riper and more tannic than the Clos Vougeot-Musigni, it has terrific balance and exudes the style and elegance of a great Grand Cru. It has a brilliant, dark red color and perfume of black fruits and spicy oak. On the palate it has layers of ripe, sweet black fruits and vanilla oak. The texture is silky smooth and the finish long, powerful and sweet.
