Winemaker's Notes:

Cuvee Monsieur is very rich and concentrated with explosive pineapple, lemon and quince fruit. It has great acidity which balances out the high levels of sugar. The texture is very smooth with the decided character of creme brulee and a long, sweet and delightful finish.
