Winemaker's Notes:

Entirely hand-harvested and hand-sorted, the wine is gently pressed in a pneumatic press and slowly fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vats to preserve freshness.

Lively in attack with fresh grapefruit and lemon blossom aromas. Round and full in the mouth with compelling freshness giving way to pronouced flintiness and subtle perfume in the finish.
