Winemaker's Notes:

This off-dry viognier (0.5% residual sugar) has crisp acidity, tropical and dried fruit aromas and flavors, a creamy mouth feel, and a complex flavor profile that lingers on the palate. We used 7 fermentation vessels so that we could employ 4 different yeasts to add aromatic, textural, and flavor complexity.
