Winemaker's Notes:

Straw colored white wine with green reflections. Rich and complex nose, uniting aromas of menthol, honey, candied fruit and elderflowers. IN the mouth this impression is completed. The silky richness mingles with the beautiful, fresh taste of candied oranges. Drink it between 8 and 10 C, with fish dishes or as a aperitif.
