Winemaker's Notes:
White wine with golden flashes. A subtle combination of spice and vanilla fragranecs coupled with hints of fresh fruit (peach, Pear) developing progressively into exotic favors (pineapple, lychee). The lively entry of this wine is followed by a full round flavor with its hint of vanilla persisting. This fine wine is perfect as an aperitif. Marries well with fish dishes.
