Winemaker's Notes:
Sourced from a small, select vineyard site, this wine is 80% botrytis affected accounting for the 152 g/l of residual sugar. On the nose, sweet and creamy aromas of acacia honey and crystallized pear are present. On the palate, the wine has a great purity of fruit, very rich with plenty of acidity to balance the high sugar level leading to a long, clean and rich finish.
