Winemaker's Notes:

This powerful wine is 50% botrytis affected enhancing the intense aromas of fruit, minerals and candied fruits. Although the residual sugar is at 50g/l, the wine has an excellent balance of sugar, fruit, minerals and acidity. The palate is true to the nose with hints of toasted almonds leading to a long, rich finish.
