Our property is made up of gracefully undulating hillsides comprised of a very diverse soil profile encompassing many variations of both sedimentary and volcanic origins. The vineyard is nestled in a protective valley that offers us just the right amount of heat to allow for a slow and gentle ripening of our fruit while protecting us from harsh coastal winds.
